CHAPERONE POLICY

To enter the Factory of Terror, minors (guests 15 years old or younger) must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old and has a valid government-issued photo ID. One (1) chaperone can accompany up to six (6) minors per day. Minors cannot be left alone without a responsible adult chaperone (21+) present. The adult chaperone is responsible for the behavior and safety of the minors during their visit and must be present at all times.

It is important to note that the adult chaperone is not required to enter the building, but they will not be granted free admission if they wish to do so. Please do not purchase an online ticket for a minor and leave, as they will not be allowed into the attraction without an adult present on FOT property, be it the parking lot or the Midway/Carnevil Bar.


Conduct deemed by Akron Haunted Schoolhouse and Laboratory to be inappropriate for the peace and good order of the venue, guests, or associates, and which may adversely affect the safety of others (including loitering and line cutting) is not permitted and will not be tolerated. Anyone who violates may be subject to ejection without refund.

VIP Fastpass Admission - $42.00
This ticket is valid for one VIP ticket to the Haunted Schoolhouse in Akron, OH. Valid only on chosen date & time. This ticket will not scan prior to your scheduled time slot.

Kids' Sunday General Admission - $20.00
SUNDAYS ONLY: Discounted tickets for guests under 18yrs! You must purchase ONE ADULT TICKET PER EVERY FOUR KIDS TICKETS. Present tickets & ID for scanning.

Please be advised that, if your child becomes too frightened and needs to leave, even if it's before entering the attraction, we do not offer refunds. If you are concerned that this may happen, please purchase ticket insurance. Ticket insurance will allow refunds for any reason for any UNSCANNED tickets. 
2023 Season Pass - $150.00
Season pass grants unlimited entry into all attractions at two locations: 1. The World Famous Factory of Terror and 2. The Legendary Haunted Schoolhouse and Haunted Laboratory. The 2023 Season pass includes FASTPASS entry to all events including glow stick and special off-season events. Enter as many times as you want. The 2023 season pass comes with up to 4 "buddy" passes per night where you may purchase tickets for your guest at the box office for 50% off. Season Pass holders also get 10% off merchandise each time they visit! Free parking pass included. Expires December 31, 2023.

Upon Arrival: Season Pass holders should report to WINDOW 4 and ring the bell located just inside the window.
